Who You Are
Less than 2 years of software engineering experience.
You take initiative in your professional and technical development, knowing when to seek assistance and when to tackle challenges independently. You maintain a balance between gaining a deep understanding of technologies and delivering results. You actively pursue feedback from colleagues to enhance your skills.

Transcend Inc. is on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Software Engineer to join our Workflows Team. This pivotal role involves developing software solutions that empower organizations to navigate complex privacy issues effectively. Our team's core mission is to create a robust execution engine and an intuitive web-based interface for configuring and monitoring our workflow processes. By leveraging our workflows engine, clients can efficiently handle customer data requests (such as 'Delete My Data' or 'Do Not Sell'), enforce data minimization and retention policies, and ensure user preferences are communicated to downstream systems.
This is a fully remote, exempt, full-time position based in the United States. The ideal candidate must possess valid work authorization as visa sponsorship is not an option. This role reports directly to the Engineering Manager.
