Qualifications:
Exceptional written proficiency in English
3–7 years of professional experience in software engineering
Expertise in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; familiarity with Java, C#, or Go is a plus
Experience in backend or full-stack development for production systems
Proficient with testing frameworks (e.g., pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, Go testing)
Strong debugging skills with large, multi-file codebases
Experience conducting code reviews, refactoring, and managing production migrations
Engagement: Part-time, project-based expert evaluation role

Contributors will design and assess realistic software engineering tasks, including debugging, feature implementation, refactoring/migration, and generating tests. Responsibilities include crafting complex coding scenarios and reviewing peer submissions for quality and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
Design and execute multi-file coding tasks related to bug fixing, feature development, refactoring, and testing
Draft clear natural-language specifications and reference implementations
Develop and enhance unit and integration test suites
Evaluate peer-generated tasks for accuracy, clarity, and realism
Identify edge cases, ambiguities, and potential failure modes
Ensure consistency between specifications, code, and expected outputs
Expected Outcomes:
Deliver high-quality, production-ready code and documentation
