Your Responsibilities:
- Contribute to full-stack engineering solutions as a committed team member on client projects — covering backend, frontend, and data-integrated systems.
- Design, build, and deploy cloud-native applications adhering to established architectural standards and engineering best practices.
- Integrate AI-assisted development into your workflow — leveraging AI tools for implementation, review, and testing, and sharing effective methods with your team.
- Take part in and contribute to code and design reviews, agile ceremonies, and project check-ins with increasing confidence.
- Begin direct engagement with client stakeholders: presenting your work, asking pertinent questions, and translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Mentor Associate Consultants through code reviews, pairing efforts, and sharing valuable lessons learned.
- Identify opportunities to enhance delivery quality or team practices during your projects.
