Responsibilities
Provide technical support, prepare software environments, conduct tests, and assist clients while contributing to pre-sales actions and training initiatives.
- Deliver technical support to users.
- Manage and install software licenses (activation, monitoring, configuration).
- Prepare computers and software environments required for training sessions.
- Conduct software testing and report any anomalies.
- Participate in the creation of training materials and deliver client training.
- Contribute to prospecting and accessibility studies through simulations using software tools.
