Join Our Team as a Software Support Specialist III!
We are looking for a dedicated Software Support Specialist III to join our dynamic team. Preference will be given to candidates located within the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.
- Collaborate with a team of three specialists to provide exceptional support to over 14,000 active Invoiced accounts.
- Deliver prompt and precise solutions to diverse inquiries regarding Invoiced functionalities and integrations through email, phone, and chat, utilizing thorough documentation and firsthand experience.
- Analyze integration, API, and payment logs to troubleshoot issues related to payment processing and Invoiced features.
- Assess when to transition client communications from email to phone calls, independently scheduling and leading these discussions.
- Escalate intricate issues to a Technical Software Support Specialist when necessary.
- Assist in creating and enhancing internal and external documentation.
- Support implementation and customer success teams by addressing client inquiries regarding Invoiced.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) by staying current on Invoiced features and being available to answer internal team questions.
