About the Role:
The Software Test Engineer Specialist will be instrumental in devising and executing extensive testing protocols to guarantee the software products perform as expected and adhere to quality benchmarks prior to deployment. This role encompasses contributions to the testing strategy, championing quality initiatives, and employing advanced automation techniques alongside Agentic AI-based testing methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Possess in-depth knowledge of testing processes such as Test Planning, Test Execution, Testing Tools, and Methodologies including Functional, Regression, System, Integration, and Content Testing. Capable of defining and communicating the testing strategy for alignment and approval with Development and Product/Program Management. Prepares comprehensive test estimates and project timelines.
- Conduct testing on software and system modifications scheduled for LRN customers.
- Engage in and provide valuable feedback during requirements, functional, and technical specification discussions.
- Lead the development of a long-term group quality strategy that aligns with overarching business and IT objectives. Effectively communicate strategies, methodologies, and tools to team members, project groups, program management, and partner teams.
- Take full responsibility for Functional, Integration, System, Regression, Performance, and AI-driven automated testing for designated applications.
- Drive the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, including the introduction of new tools, intelligent automation frameworks, and Agentic AI-based test generation and execution strategies.
