Objective:
Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions tailored to meet business objectives, ensuring high technical standards and seamless integration within the monitoring ecosystem. Spearhead technical initiatives for digital transformation projects in IT service management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage proactively in technology consulting projects, from pre-sales engagements through to final delivery.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to identify, collect, and document both functional and technical requirements.
- Architect technical solutions on ITSM platforms, with a strong preference for ServiceNow, including integrations with monitoring, incident, and performance management tools.
- Convert business needs into detailed development specifications in line with ITIL best practices and ServiceNow guidelines.
- Configure and develop fundamental components within ServiceNow.
- Assist in the architectural design of ServiceNow solutions in partnership with the architecture team and other technical divisions.
