This role involves leading the design, construction, and deployment of solutions using Tulip's Frontline Operations Platform for Japan's prestigious manufacturing clients. You will go beyond technical support by identifying on-site challenges and proposing insightful solutions, combining both strategic vision and hands-on problem-solving.
As part of the initial Japanese team, you will actively engage in resolving customer challenges using cutting-edge technology, creating a new playbook for manufacturing process improvement in the Japanese market, making this an exceptionally exciting phase of growth.
This position is remote within Japan, with plans to open an office in 2027.
