As a Solution Specialist, you will leverage your strong sales acumen and proven B2B/SaaS sales experience to empower our account management teams in cross-selling Kaseya's products to our existing clients. You will oversee and finalize new sales opportunities through strategic forecasting, account resource allocation, and comprehensive account planning. This technical sales role requires a foundational understanding of IT sales practices.
In your capacity as a Solutions Specialist, you will become an authority on one to three product lines, engaging with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Internal IT customers. You will serve as a pivotal resource for our sales teams, identifying and converting both transactional and high-value deals.
Your deep product knowledge and technical expertise will enable you to adopt a consultative, trusted-advisor approach, effectively diagnosing unique client needs, highlighting the distinct advantages of our products, and successfully closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion Kaseya products: Serve as a product advocate within assigned sales teams.
- Share best practices and solutions with Account Managers, becoming their go-to resource for sales.
- Develop and deliver captivating product presentations and demos to key stakeholders.
- Consistently follow up on all leads generated by account management.
- Coordinate internal resources as needed to facilitate sales processes.
