About This Role & Why It Matters
The Solutions Consultant plays a crucial role at the crossroads of sales, benefits strategy, and financial consulting. You'll attend prospect meetings to secure new business, guide clients through the intricacies of alternative funding arrangements, and provide essential financial insights on a monthly basis to keep plan sponsors informed and in control.
This position is ideal for someone with deep knowledge of alternative funding, who excels in presenting to executive audiences and can seamlessly transition from capabilities presentations to detailed claims analyses. Collaborating closely with our Partner team, you will engage in new business initiatives and act as a trusted advisor to clients as they navigate significant decisions regarding their benefits programs.
