What We're Looking For
We are seeking our inaugural Solutions Engineer to spearhead the technical sales process for enterprise-level deals. This role entails conducting customized technical demonstrations, which include fund-specific configurations, interactive Q&A sessions, and seamless implementation transitions.
The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of private equity fund accounting and has experience executing enterprise demos at this scale. You should excel at transforming discovery templates into configured demo environments, addressing technical inquiries from CFOs and controllers in real-time, and creating comprehensive handoff documentation to facilitate a smooth implementation process. Experience in developing SE artifacts from the ground up is essential.
What You'll Do
Conduct Enterprise Demos: You will translate discovery templates into customized demo environments that reflect each prospect's unique fund structure, including LPA terms, waterfall mechanics, fee structures, and credit facilities. You are expected to execute 2-4 enterprise demos per month independently while managing live technical Q&A with CFOs and controllers.
Manage Implementation Handoffs: You will prepare the necessary documentation packages to ensure the implementation team has all required information before deal closure. You will also draft the handoff template and establish feature gap severity frameworks in collaboration with Product.
Facilitate Communication Between Sales and Product: You will systematically track feature gaps in Linear, prioritize blockers versus desirable features, and translate customer needs into actionable product feedback without overcommitting on the roadmap.
