Your Mission: Delight customers, optimize processes!As a Solutions Engineer at voize, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire technical journey of our customers—from initial presales assessments to ongoing operational support. You will be the primary technical liaison between voize and customer IT teams. By validating infrastructure, configuring secure setups, troubleshooting technical issues, and scaling deployments, you will ensure a seamless experience and long-term success. Your Daily Responsibilities – No two days are alikeAssist in pre-sales calls to evaluate infrastructure, identify blockers, and guide assessments.Several years of experience as a Linux or Windows Administrator.Effectively troubleshoot issues across systems, networks, browsers, and interfaces with clarity and empathy.Support technical scaling (e.g., expanding user bases, infrastructure changes).Document setups and technical handoffs to facilitate smooth internal collaboration.Identify recurring issues and contribute to the improvement of internal tools, documentation, or processes.
