As a Solutions Engineer focused on our Commercial sales segment, you will be instrumental in boosting sales efficiency and expediting deal cycles to secure wins through the provision of technical expertise, industry knowledge, and tailored customer insights. Collaborating closely with Account Executives, you will align 1Password’s solutions with client-specific use cases, particularly during Proof of Concepts (POCs), which you will oversee, ensuring that value is highlighted throughout the sales journey.
This role requires nimbleness—navigating dynamic sales landscapes, identifying opportunities to position 1Password's product offerings, and engaging deeply with key technical stakeholders as a trusted advisor to validate that proposed solutions align with customers' technical needs and use cases. You will also assist in opportunity qualification utilizing frameworks like MEDDPICC, aiding sales teams in comprehending customer use cases, validating technical success criteria, and fostering champion engagement. Experience with MEDDPICC is a distinct advantage.
Additionally, you will become a subject matter expert on our comprehensive product suite, acquiring in-depth knowledge of their functionalities and technical details. Leveraging this expertise, you will work cross-functionally with Sales Engineering and Product teams to enhance product offerings and customer experiences.
