Your Role:
The Solutions Engineer will serve as the technical authority, collaborating with our enterprise customers globally to facilitate product integrations from concept to launch. Key responsibilities include:
- Sales Support: Leading product discovery sessions to shape the product MVP and delivering engaging product demonstrations.
- Integration Onboarding: Acting as the primary technical resource throughout the integration project.
- Post-Integration Support: Delivering additional solutions required by partners after integration completion.
