About the Role:
As we expand our enterprise footprint across the Americas, we are on the lookout for a Solutions Engineering Manager to spearhead our Enterprise technical sales initiatives in AMER. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Enterprise Sales leadership to qualify and advance intricate, multi-stakeholder opportunities within Fortune 500 companies and large organizations considering Notion as their strategic platform. Your focus will include enterprise-grade integrations, global deployments, and adherence to stringent security, compliance, and governance standards. This position is crucial for achieving technical victories and significantly impacting the pipeline and expansion within the region's largest accounts.
You and your team will:
Develop and mentor a team of experienced and high-potential Solutions Engineers catering to enterprise customers across AMER.
Act as a pivotal leader within our AMER Leadership team, serving as a trusted partner and advisor to the Head of Enterprise Sales to secure technical wins among the most strategic accounts.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders in Engineering, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, and Sales, acting as a key advocate and thought leader for our customers while influencing our future product roadmap.
Navigate complex stakeholder environments involving IT, Security, Procurement, and executive sponsors.
Promote Notion's platform and AI capabilities, leveraging customer insights from enterprise clients to inform our development roadmap.
What You'll Achieve:
Lead and expand the AMER Enterprise Solutions Engineering function, including recruitment, mentoring, and the development of playbooks and processes.
Drive AI adoption within the enterprise sector, enhancing user engagement and satisfaction.
