Who We Seek:
We are expanding our Solutions Engineering team and are looking for exceptional Engineers to join our winning team. This team collaborates closely with forward-thinking companies interested in leveraging BigID’s platform. You will utilize your expertise to influence customer decisions, deliver insightful solutions, and drive successful proof-of-value implementations. With your strong technical capabilities, critical and creative thinking, and enthusiasm for fast-paced problem-solving, be prepared to make an immediate impact.
Location Requirement: We are seeking candidates based in the Pacific Standard Time (PST) zone.
What You’ll Do:
- Act as the technical subject matter expert for BigID’s platform during customer engagements and presentations alongside the Sales team
- Leverage your market and technical knowledge to advise on best practices and provide constructive guidance for solution architecture and design
- Stay informed about relevant competitive solutions, products, and services
- Enhance customer success through real-world insights and recommendations
- Establish a trusted advisory relationship with customers, communicating upcoming product enhancements and strategic direction
