The restaurant serves approximately 100 covers daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, focusing on fresh, local, and seasonal produce. The talented culinary team strives to maintain the esteemed 1AA Rosette status and aims to achieve the coveted 2nd AA Rosette, emphasizing quality and creativity.
The menu beautifully balances traditional pub classics with high-end European favorites, all prepared with excellence.
The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in a similar setting and demonstrate a proactive attitude in managing daily kitchen operations.
