Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef with all aspects of food preparation, production, and service.

- Supervise and mentor kitchen staff and assistants, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation protocols.
- Contribute to menu planning and development, considering dietary restrictions, nutritional standards, and seasonal ingredients.
- Manage stock control and ordering processes to maintain optimal inventory levels while reducing waste.
- Work alongside the catering team to execute special events, themed dinners, and innovative culinary projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, rigorously following health and safety regulations.
- Support the Head Chef with administrative tasks including scheduling, budgeting, and tracking food costs and inventory.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, culinary techniques, and new ingredients to continually enhance menu offerings and the dining experience.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work atmosphere by showcasing leadership skills, effective communication, and teamwork.
