Qualifications:• Completion of Middle or Secondary Education; additional training or certifications in a relevant field is advantageous.Experience:• Minimum of 1 year in a similar role within the hotel industry, preferably at luxury resorts.• Experience in remote island locations is a plus.Technical Skills:• Strong multitasking abilities and excellent customer service skills.• High attention to detail and effective cleaning skills.• Proficiency in English and another language; knowledge of a third language is a plus.

• Uphold cleanliness in locker rooms and spa areas in accordance with our Standards of Operation (SOP).
• Prepare and present beverages to guests, showcasing knowledge of our offerings.
• Remain vigilant and attentive to guests in hydrotherapy areas, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Guide guests through the spa journey, including saunas and wet areas, with a calm demeanor.
• Maintain adequate stock of towels, slippers, and robes to ensure guest comfort.
• Engage in training and meetings, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
