- Plan and manage daily operations to meet business needs.
- Efficiently manage staff schedules to optimize revenue and operational capacity.
- Uphold cleanliness and maintain a calming atmosphere within the spa.
- Effectively manage inventory levels.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and addressing service issues promptly.
- Adhere to all Hand & Stone policies and comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
