Key Responsibilities:Image EvaluationCritically assess AI-generated visuals using structured rubrics that include:- Visual quality, coherence, and composition- Style and aesthetic alignment- Brand suitability for the targeted language and market- Fidelity to the original prompt and creative intentEvaluate cultural appropriateness, including tone, symbolism, visual cues, and relevance to the market.Identify potential failure modes, such as artifacts, style drifts, mistranslations, or cultural mismatches.Deliver concise and structured annotations that can directly contribute to model enhancement.Quality & Calibration Responsibilities:Implement evaluation guidelines consistently across extensive task volumes.Engage in calibration and quality assurance processes to standardize scoring and judgment criteria.Communicate any gaps in the rubric, ambiguous cases, or recurring cultural or linguistic challenges to the Lilt teams.
