Your Responsibilities
Edit and review machine-translated customer service content with precision and consistency.
Assess the quality of machine translation outputs and assign severity ratings according to project guidelines.
Generate top-notch human translations to serve as reference data for model training and quality assessments.
Adhere to established style guides, tone specifications, and terminology protocols.
Identify and report persistent machine translation quality issues and trends at the batch level.
