In this rewarding position, you will work closely with children, implementing tailored behavioral intervention strategies under the mentorship of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your role will involve employing evidence-based methods to foster communication, social skills, and daily living abilities while minimizing disruptive behaviors.
We are looking for candidates who are not only passionate about helping children with autism achieve their full potential but are also patient, compassionate, and thrive in a collaborative setting. Comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the necessary skills, even if you lack prior experience.
This position can be physically demanding; you should be comfortable standing, walking, sitting, reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, squatting, lifting, and occasionally carrying children or items weighing up to 50 pounds. The joy of working with children often comes with active engagement!
