About the job
Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of children with autism? Join our team at Centria Autism as a Spanish Speaking Behavior Technician! In this fulfilling role, you will work closely with children, applying tailored behavior intervention plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your work will focus on fostering essential communication, social, and daily living skills through evidence-based techniques, while also minimizing challenging behaviors.
We value compassionate and patient individuals who thrive in a collaborative team environment. No prior experience is required, as we will provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills necessary to support each child effectively. However, it's important to be prepared for the dynamic nature of working with children—this role requires physical stamina, as you may be standing, walking, bending, and lifting children or objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
At the end of each day, you will leave knowing you’ve made a significant difference in a child's life and their family. Join our dedicated team and embark on a rewarding journey as a Behavior Technician with us!
