In this rewarding role, you will work closely with children, executing personalized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Utilizing evidence-based strategies, you will help teach vital communication, social, and daily living skills while minimizing challenging behaviors.

Ideal applicants will be patient, compassionate, and thrive in a collaborative team environment. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you are well-prepared to support each child, even if you’re new to the field. This role requires physical activity, so you should be comfortable with tasks such as standing, walking, sitting, bending, kneeling, and lifting children or objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
