Summary
As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will design and implement strategies that enhance customer adoption and engagement with the Wiz platform.
Fluency in Spanish and English is essential, as you will provide both strategic and hands-on technical support to customers throughout their journey with Wiz, from onboarding to operational success.
Your technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills will be vital in addressing both business and technical requirements of our clients. Acting as a liaison between customers and the broader Wiz team, you'll facilitate collaboration across Product Management, Sales, Engineering, and Support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
