Join our dynamic Perth Service team as a Spare Parts Interpreter. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the management and coordination of spare parts and inventory, ensuring seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and monitor stock variances, implementing strategies for future improvement.
Conduct bi-annual stocktakes for the Spare Parts store, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
Oversee all aspects of spare parts sales, including purchase orders, receipts, and dispatch.
Process transfers, invoicing, and all related documentation efficiently.
Communicate with customers regarding purchase order statuses, requests, and expected delivery dates.
Generate invoices for Parts Sales.
Supervise daily locker runs and coordinate Parts Courier duties.
