The primary function of a Special Education Teacher is to develop and deliver personalized learning experiences that cater to each student’s educational needs while aligning with overall program goals.Responsibilities include:Creating and implementing individualized educational plans to achieve set goals.Exhibiting strong competence, motivation, and commitment as part of the team.Applying educational practices that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth.Establishing a supportive classroom environment to address and manage emotional challenges.Maintaining detailed records on student progress and academic achievements.Logging group interactions and understanding team dynamics.Building positive relationships with students based on respect and trust.Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the overall program quality.Providing and receiving professional feedback among staff members.
