About the Role
We are on the lookout for a talented recruiter to act as a force multiplier in our hiring efforts. You will collaborate closely with our recruiting team to enhance Fuse's capabilities by developing robust systems, pipelines, and relationships that drive growth.
Your mission is to identify, engage, and recruit exceptional talent capable of integrating radiation and metal into cutting-edge hardware. You will manage targeted talent operations with efficiency and precision, ensuring our builders can continue to innovate and our organization can expand effectively.
What You’ll Do
Enhance recruitment efforts by planning and executing outreach operations, including campaign briefs, target lists, and timelines; utilize multi-channel approaches (email, direct messaging, phone, in-person) with effective feedback mechanisms.
Take charge of the ground game by traveling as needed to labs, campuses, conferences, meetups, and testing sites.
Build and maintain strong networks with universities, clubs, student organizations, professional societies, and events; cultivate relationships with faculty and organizers that will yield long-term benefits.
Source candidates like an engineer using boolean/facet queries, GitHub, Stack Overflow, academic publications, patents, conference proceedings, and niche discussions.
Qualify candidates with utmost precision by aligning with the required qualifications and promptly surfacing key information; create concise candidate briefs for leadership review.
Close candidates with transparency by managing expectations regarding salary bands and timelines; work with founders and engineering leaders to ensure a smooth decision-making process.
Uphold the Fuse brand by ensuring every interaction reflects our fast-paced culture and values.
About You
You possess a top-tier mindset characterized by low ego, high ownership, and a mission-first approach; you excel in ambiguous environments.
You are field-ready, with a valid passport and the willingness to travel on short notice, including nights and weekends as required.
You are a full-stack recruiter with at least 2 years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting, preferably within startup or hard-tech environments.
