As a nurse, you play a pivotal role in the care process, responsible for delivering and coordinating high-quality nursing care for your assigned patients. You will perform all necessary nursing procedures in accordance with the specific requirements of the department, always prioritizing the quality and improvement of nursing services.
When entrusted with nursing tasks by the attending physician, you will execute them accurately, compassionately, and in compliance with legal regulations.
You will work under the supervision of the department head and will take on their responsibilities as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
With a caring and flexible approach, you will meet the care needs of oncology patients, paying attention to mobility, nutrition, personal hygiene, and psychosocial support.
You will also contribute to administrative, technical, and housekeeping matters.
The reception, guidance, and evaluation of students will also be in your capable hands.
Participate in multidisciplinary meetings within the unit.
