What We Offer You:
Contract: You will receive a one-year contract for 24 hours per week, with the possibility of a permanent position based on performance. Your regular workdays will be on Wednesdays and Fridays, with no option to extend these days.
Salary: In accordance with the collective labor agreement for disability care, you will earn between €2,836 and €3,902 gross based on a 36-hour workweek.

Your Responsibilities:
As a Specialized Youth Care Support Worker, you will support children and adolescents in Special Education who require additional care and guidance. You will collaborate closely with care coordinators and teachers to actively contribute to tailored guidance for students in their social, emotional, and academic development. Your support will be provided both individually and in group settings, inside and outside the classroom, and will always align with the needs of the school, parents, and, where possible, the students themselves. A crucial aim is to enable students to function as independently as possible within the educational system, taking their abilities and limitations into account. Your tasks will include:
Monitoring and guiding student behavior.
Analyzing behavioral causes and collaboratively seeking solutions.
Developing a consistent support style that integrates care and education.
Creating and executing collaboration agreements with teachers.
Enhancing students' independence, social skills, and practical abilities.
