This position is based in the field, and candidates are expected to reside within a reasonable distance from Sioux Falls. Compensation will be based on the level of experience.
This role encompasses the entire territories of South Dakota and North Dakota. The Specialty Representative will implement brand strategies and tactics in the field, manage sales performance, and effectively handle the assigned territory and key accounts. Building strong relationships with customers and addressing their needs is essential to optimize both short and long-term sales performance, always prioritizing the patient and adhering to AbbVie’s business code of conduct, policies, and all applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales performance targets, brand KPIs, and financial goals to meet or exceed objectives.
- Prepare pre-call strategies using SMART criteria and conduct post-call evaluations to enhance sales effectiveness. Skillfully manage objections and concerns during sales calls to secure successful outcomes.
- Continuously strive to meet customer needs and expectations to foster trusted relationships and reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Develop and implement a call plan that meets established metrics and optimizes coverage to maximize customer access and sales opportunities.
- Enhance understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, competitive landscape, and product expertise, sharing insights with the team to align strategies and adapt to market changes.
- Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition among healthcare providers and cultivate relationships with disease state experts and advocates to enhance brand performance.
