In this role, you will implement brand strategies and tactics in the field, driving sales performance while effectively managing your assigned territory and key accounts. You will cultivate robust customer relationships and address their needs to optimize both short-term and long-term sales, ensuring the patient's needs are prioritized in alignment with AbbVie’s ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
- Achieve sales performance and meet brand KPIs and financial targets to exceed established objectives.
- Develop pre-call plans utilizing SMART objectives and conduct post-call evaluations to enhance sales efficiency. Manage objections and concerns effectively to secure actionable outcomes on every sales interaction.
- Demonstrate a proactive commitment to understanding and fulfilling customer needs, thereby fostering trust and achieving mutually beneficial agreements between AbbVie and its clientele.
- Design and implement a call plan that meets established metrics, maximizing coverage and frequency with key customers to seize sales opportunities.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of customer needs, market dynamics, competitive landscape, and disease states, sharing valuable insights with your team to align strategies and anticipate market changes.
- Differentiate AbbVie’s offerings to healthcare providers, identifying and nurturing disease state experts and advocates to enhance brand performance.
