AbbVie is seeking a dynamic Specialty Representative to join our Rheumatology team in the Jersey City/Edison area.
This is a field-based position. Candidates should reside within a reasonable commuting distance from Jersey City, NJ.
In this role, you will implement brand strategies and tactics, ensuring exceptional sales performance. You will manage your designated territory and cultivate strong relationships with healthcare providers, ensuring that the patient remains at the forefront of our efforts while adhering to AbbVie’s code of conduct and all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and brand KPIs by effectively executing marketing objectives.
- Prepare and assess pre-call plans using SMART objectives to continuously enhance sales performance, while skillfully addressing objections and fostering actionable outcomes in every sales interaction.
- Anticipate and meet customer needs and expectations, developing trusted partnerships to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Devise a strategic call plan to optimize coverage and interaction frequency with key clients, maximizing access and sales potential.
- Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitor dynamics, sharing insights to align strategies and optimize brand execution with in-field teams and management.
- Highlight AbbVie’s value proposition to healthcare providers and nurture relationships with disease state experts and advocates to enhance brand visibility and performance.
