JOB SUMMARY:
The Specialty Sales Representative plays a crucial role in preparing for product launches and enhancing brand visibility within a designated territory. You will connect with healthcare professionals (HCPs), hospital personnel, pharmacists, hospital administrators, nurses, and office staff through informative presentations using approved clinical data.
This pioneering sales position collaborates with both external and internal teams to facilitate brand utilization and growth within assigned accounts, significantly contributing to launch success. This field-based role requires the ability to cultivate strong business relationships with key accounts and stakeholders, including influencers and prescribers, establishing yourself as a trusted expert and resource in the care environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver compelling brand value messages and resources to enhance product uptake and exceed business objectives in your territory.
- Identify and nurture relationships with assigned customers, establishing yourself as a knowledgeable resource.
- Conduct customer engagement meetings using balanced messaging via in-person or virtual platforms.
- Collaborate effectively with market access and sales operations teams, developing comprehensive account plans.
- Navigate complex situations and work towards effective solutions.
- Understand payer landscapes within your territory for national, regional, and local insurance coverage, driving formulary access in closed systems or Integrated Delivery Networks (IDN).
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations while facilitating HUB support and related payer initiatives.
