JOB SUMMARY:
The Specialty Sales Representative plays a vital role in enhancing brand visibility and driving product adoption in a designated territory post-launch. This position involves engaging with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders—including prescribers, pharmacists, hospital staff, administrators, nurses, and office personnel—by providing clear, balanced, and compliant education on our products and disease states.
This field-based role prioritizes the execution of strategic initiatives, fostering robust customer relationships, and increasing product adoption within assigned accounts. The Specialty Sales Representative collaborates cross-functionally with internal teams to aid in account planning, understand access dynamics, and become a trusted resource and partner in the healthcare community.
