As a Splunk Cyber Software Engineer at ESC, Inc., your primary responsibility will be to expertly install, configure, and sustain robust Splunk environments tailored to client needs.

- Oversee the health, performance, and capacity utilization of Splunk infrastructure.
- Apply industry best practices for the deployment, configuration, and optimization of Splunk.
- Design and manage Splunk data models, indexes, and search heads to enhance data retrieval.
- Develop and maintain alerts, dashboards, and reports in Splunk that address client-specific requirements.
- Diagnose and rectify issues related to Splunk configurations, data ingestion, and search performance.
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate Splunk with various systems and applications.
- Provide training and support to client teams on effective Splunk usage and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience as a Splunk Administrator or in a similar Splunk-focused role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
