Role
We are seeking a Senior Manager for Finance M&A Integration & Transformation to become a vital part of our team in San Jose, CA (hybrid work model: in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) or remotely throughout the US. You will report to the Director of Finance Process Optimization & Transformation within the Accounting department. To support our rapid growth trajectory, you will function as a strategic leader for post-merger finance integration, collaborating closely with senior Finance leadership and the Corporate Development Team. Your role will be essential in bridging the gap from deal closure to operational excellence, ensuring that all finance functions—ranging from tax to treasury—are harmonized and scalable.
