About the job
OUR MISSION
At Thyme Care, we are dedicated to fostering a more connected, compassionate, and confident experience for individuals facing cancer and their caregivers. Our goal is to simplify access to high-quality care, provide timely answers, and ensure ongoing support throughout the treatment journey.
As a leader in value-based oncology care, Thyme Care collaborates with national and regional health plans, healthcare providers, and employers to achieve better health outcomes and reduce costs for thousands across the nation. Our innovative model combines empathetic human support with advanced technology and AI to integrate everyone involved in a patient's cancer journey: caregivers, oncologists, health plans, and employers.
Embracing our identity as a tech-forward organization, we believe technology should enhance the personal connections at the heart of care. By utilizing data science, automation, and AI, we streamline complexities, enhance teamwork, and empower care teams to prioritize what truly matters: supporting individuals through cancer.
Looking to the future, our ambitious vision is to establish Thyme Care as a household name in cancer care, where every individual diagnosed with cancer seeks us out by name. If you are motivated to humanize cancer care and reimagine what is possible, we would be thrilled to meet you. Together, we can create a future where every person with cancer feels genuinely cared for in every significant moment.
