We are seeking an Automation & AI Engineer to join our CX TechOps team, someone skilled in designing, building, and optimizing workflows and systems within our post-sales tech infrastructure. You will leverage AI tools where they provide significant benefits while adhering to the foundational principles of systems thinking and integration that ensure solutions are robust and scalable.
This role is hands-on and cross-functional, ideal for someone eager to apply engineering principles to enhance CX Operations. You will collaborate closely with post-sales teams (onboarding & implementation, customer success, customer engagement, support) and CX operations teams to transform concepts into scalable solutions that boost efficiency, elevate customer outcomes, and enhance the post-sales experience.
