Qualifications
Core Responsibilities:Direct the architectural strategy for Saily's Android platform, proactively identifying and addressing potential bottlenecks in the codebase and development workflow.Guide decisions on modularization, dependency management, and core platform patterns to maintain scalability as the team and product evolve.Continuously assess and prioritize the reduction of technical debt, ensuring Product Owners understand the implications of inaction.Champion app performance metrics, including startup time, animation smoothness, and crash-free rates, while establishing performance standards and automated safeguards.Enhance testing methodologies (unit, integration, UI), prioritize security, and collaborate with the QA team to uphold high-quality standards.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align priorities, unblock deliverables, and ensure mobile considerations are integrated into broader platform decisions.Actively participate in hands-on Android development, contributing to feature creation and enhancements.
