Imagine a world where AI foundation models facilitate seamless schema migrations, enable real-time observability of operations and finance data, and allow complex versioning of schema and data changes akin to Git workflows—where workflows are composed as effortlessly as infrastructure code.
Your Responsibilities
Design and develop the core EAV data model & schema-as-code platform that underpins our customer instances, ensuring a balance between flexibility and transactional integrity.
Create a Git-style version control and migration engine that efficiently manages complex schema and data changes in live enterprise settings.
Develop AI-assisted tools that leverage foundation models to propose, validate, and implement new customer schemas and workflows.
Scale our white-labeled data warehouse (similar to BigQuery/Snowflake) to handle high-volume, low-latency analytics and automation tasks.
Build Terraform-like declarative APIs & SDKs enabling operations teams to treat business processes as code while ensuring security, performance, and tenancy.
Provide end-to-end observability and search capabilities across supply chain, finance, and operations data—translating complex business logic into comprehensible language through AI-driven search functionalities.
Implement enterprise guardrails in a composable system to proactively identify anomalous behaviors or risky patterns.
Mentor fellow engineers and help cultivate a strong engineering culture, working alongside product and design teams to transform operational challenges into elegant, robust systems that operators love.
