About the job
At Grafana Labs, we pride ourselves on being a remote-first, open-source powerhouse. With a community of over 20 million users, our visualization tool Grafana is utilized globally, from monitoring beehives to analyzing climate changes in the Alps. Our iconic dashboards have made appearances at significant events, such as NASA launches and the Tour de France. We empower over 3,000 companies, including industry leaders like Bloomberg, JPMorgan Chase, and eBay, to optimize their observability strategies using the Grafana LGTM Stack, available either as a fully managed service through Grafana Cloud or as a self-managed solution via Grafana Enterprise Stack, both of which incorporate scalable metrics (Grafana Mimir), logs (Grafana Loki), and traces (Grafana Tempo).
As we scale rapidly, we remain committed to our unique culture: a legacy of open-source collaboration and a passion for impactful work. Our team flourishes in an innovative environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust are paramount.
If this role piques your interest, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet every single requirement. This could be a career-defining opportunity!
