As a strategic partner, consultant, and advocate for an exceptional employee experience, you will collaborate closely with leaders throughout the organization. Your role will be pivotal in developing scalable solutions for our growing employee relations function. Working alongside the Employee Relations Senior Director, you will embody our core principles and values, fostering a diverse and performance-oriented global work environment.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Management: Provide expert consulting to managers on complex employee performance issues, including Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and the involuntary termination process.
- Training and Guidance: Equip managers with effective performance management techniques aligned with our corporate philosophy.
- Workplace Investigations: Lead comprehensive investigations by collecting and analyzing pertinent facts, applying relevant policies and laws, and delivering clear recommendations. Collaborate with Employment Legal, Compliance, and other internal teams as necessary, while preparing detailed investigation reports and managing documentation.
- Organizational Changes: Advise and support managers and People Partners throughout the entire process of role eliminations and organizational restructuring, including risk assessment and communication planning.
- Medical Accommodations: Oversee the medical accommodation process, balancing employee needs with business requirements and legal compliance.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work alongside our People Partner team to address investigations, disciplinary issues, performance management, and reorganizations.
