Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and enhance macOS device management using Jamf Pro, ensuring compliance with company standards (e.g., encryption, OS patching, configuration profiles, application management).Guide architectural strategies to ensure scalable endpoint management as the company grows.Lead significant technical initiatives such as permission automation, third-party patching, silent updates, stability enhancements, and efficient device deployment.Develop automation and infrastructure-as-code pipelines utilizing tools like Terraform, Bash/Python scripting, and Jamf/Okta/MDM APIs to reduce manual tasks and establish “zero-touch” provisioning workflows.Administer enterprise-level software and package deployment, utilizing tools like AutoPkgr for large-scale packaging and seamless rollout of updates.Establish and enhance endpoint change control protocols, including communication, testing, rollback strategies, and compliance tracking. Generate dashboards and reports for compliance visibility, patch statuses, and device health.Work closely with Security, Support, Engineering, and IT to implement policies (e.g., least-privilege), onboard security solutions (AV, EDR, disk encryption), and integrate devices with Okta SSO, Oomnitza, Google Workspace, and other monitoring platforms.Act as the escalation point for complex endpoint issues, providing expert troubleshooting and resolution.
