As a Staff Flight Test Engineer / Test Director, you will take charge as the end-to-end Test Director for the integration, verification, and flight testing of Hivemind Mission Autonomy on small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS). You will lead the technical direction, execution, and preparedness of test campaigns, utilizing a fly–fix–fly approach to swiftly enhance autonomy capabilities from simulation and lab settings to actual flight.
In this pivotal role, you will serve as the sole technical authority for test execution—overseeing test readiness, directing test activities, managing risk, and ensuring data-driven decisions throughout development and flight test operations. You will guide cross-functional teams spanning engineering, safety, and program management, aligning stakeholders around clear objectives, disciplined execution, and a culture of continuous learning.
