Join our dedicated team as a Staff Housing Attendant at AccorHotels, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing the living experience for our employees residing in Staff Housing. As the first point of contact for new employees and the last to bid them farewell, you will foster a welcoming and supportive environment. Starting Rate: $19.38 per hour, with recognition for tenure through increased hourly rates after six months and annually up to three years, culminating in a pay rate of $23.07.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily inspections, clean hallways, laundry rooms, and common areas, report maintenance issues, and ensure rooms are ready for incoming staff.
- Greet new employees, guide them to their rooms, and share vital information about their living environment and local surroundings.
- Oversee outdoor maintenance year-round, including lawn care and snow removal, ensuring the property is well-kept.
- Assist with staff housing office duties, move furniture and appliances as necessary, and manage recycling efforts.
- Uphold high cleanliness standards in assigned guest rooms, including bed-making, vacuuming, and dusting, while respecting the privacy of residents.
