Key Contributions Expected
Develop and advance Jane’s identity and access management strategy, creating scalable role-based access control systems that mitigate risk and foster long-term growth.
Guide the technical strategy for identity, device trust, and access automation in preparation for HITRUST certification, ensuring our environment is secure, resilient, and ready for audits.
Design and deploy automation frameworks across IT systems, utilizing platforms such as Okta, Freshservice, and low-code or no-code workflow tools to eliminate manual tasks and enhance reliability.
Serve as a multiplier within IT and Security by mentoring colleagues, enhancing architectural thinking, and influencing standards to build high-quality, maintainable systems that can grow with us.
Promote responsible AI adoption within IT by pinpointing high-impact automation opportunities, piloting tools thoughtfully, and helping the team work more efficiently while upholding privacy and security standards.
Required Experience
Extensive professional experience in IT systems administration, with a proven track record at a senior level and readiness to take on a staff-level role.
In-depth knowledge of Identity and Access Management, including SSO, RBAC, lifecycle management, and hands-on experience with platforms like Okta or similar identity solutions.
