As a Staff AI Engineer within our Mind team, you will serve as the foundational technical expert for our comprehensive mental health platform. We conceptualize Mind as the “Claude Code for Mental Health,” a sophisticated multi-agent system designed to manage complete patient care pathways.
In this senior role, you will lead the architecture of our next-generation agentic infrastructure. Your responsibilities will extend beyond mere implementation, as you design orchestration layers, memory systems, and RAG frameworks that facilitate seamless collaboration among multiple LLMs. Collaborating closely with our AI Research team, you will not only contribute to current model training but also play a vital role in advancing our applied training capabilities and specialized fine-tuning suited for clinical settings.
