Join Us as a Staff Product Analyst
We are in search of a Staff Product Analyst specializing in Workday Total Rewards & HCM to join our dynamic People Technology Team. Collaborating closely with leaders in People Technology, you will play a pivotal role in the global optimization of Okta's Workday platform, concentrating on Benefits and Advanced Compensation configurations and enhancements while also supporting Core HCM processes as part of a larger Total Rewards initiative. Your role will involve cross-departmental collaboration, engaging with teams spanning People, Payroll, IT, Finance, and our international offices. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex issues, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and seeks to make a meaningful difference in our global operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete Workday configuration lifecycle across Benefits, Advanced Compensation, and Core HCM, from requirements gathering and solution design to testing, deployment, and user adoption.
- Lead and facilitate annual events such as Open Enrollment and Annual Compensation Reviews, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless experience for employees.
- Create and manage custom reports, dashboards, and hubs that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Administer Workday upgrades and assess new functionalities to uncover opportunities for process improvements and automation.
- Identify system utilization gaps and advocate for the adoption of standard Workday features to enhance efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
- Encourage knowledge sharing and collaboration across teams to foster continuous improvement.
